We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess solid business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and scalable solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives.

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Program Managers, business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to define requirements, optimize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs),



functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), business processes, and governance frameworks.

Project & Program Management
- Manage multiple projects, pilots, and operational initiatives throughout their lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
