Position Overview:





The Head – Industrial Cleaning Solutions will lead and scale Regent Biochem’s FreFlo Services Vertical, owning complete business responsibility including revenue growth, profitability, application engineering, technical sales, project execution, customer success, and capability development.

The role is responsible for developing FreFlo as a scalable service business by expanding market presence, delivering technically superior cleaning solutions, establishing standardized execution methodologies, building a high-performing technical team, and creating recurring revenue through preventive maintenance programs, annual service contracts, shutdown services, and long-term customer partnerships.

The position owns the complete customer lifecycle – from prospect identification and technical diagnosis through proposal development, project execution, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and continuous improvement. The role requires frequent travel to
