VP - Insurance Operations (US/UK/Lloyd's Market) - 18+ Years - Gurgaon/Noida

Responsibilities -

1. Define and execute the long-term strategy for insurance operations across the U.S., U.K., or Lloyd's insurance markets.
2. Build and strengthen executive relationships with global clients while driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
3. Provide executive leadership for large-scale,



multi-client insurance operations and serve as the senior escalation point for strategic client and operational matters.
4. Oversee end-to-end insurance operations including underwriting support, policy administration, policy servicing, accounting support, claims support, renewals, and reporting.
5. Drive enterprise-wide operational transformation through process standardization, automation, analytics, and digital technologies while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
6. Build high-performing leadership teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, risk-controlled, and client-centric outcomes.

Requirements -

1. 18+ years of experience in insurance operations with significant leadership experience across the U.S., U.K., or Lloyd's insurance markets.
2. Deep expertise in insurance operating models, policy administration systems, underwriting support, and core insurance operations.
