KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into executable plans.
- Attend client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Manage client expectations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Resolve client escalations within agreed timelines.
- Present weekly and monthly project updates.

2. Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end retail branding, fit-out projects across India.
- Prepare project execution plans and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with branches, vendors, field teams, QC teams, and clients.
- Track project progress from Recce → BOQ → Approval → Fabrication → Installation → QC → WCC → Closure.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead pilot projects and nationwide rollouts.

3. Smart BOQ & Cost Management
- Review and validate BOQs submitted by field teams.
- Verify quantities based on recce reports.
- Ensure compliance with approved rate cards and client specifications.




- Prevent quantity manipulation and scope deviations.
- Validate variation orders and commercial implications.

4. Recce & Site Survey Management
- Plan and monitor Pan India site surveys.
- Review measurements, photographs, and technical observations.
- Validate feasibility of branding and fit-out work.
- Coordinate BOQ revisions with branch teams.
- Ensure accurate site documentation.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct quality audits for fabrication and installation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and brand guidelines.
- Verify material specifications and workmanship.
- Approve projects before Work Completion Certificate (WCC).

6. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Evaluate vendor performance.
- Monitor vendor productivity and quality.
- Resolve execution challenges.

7. Team Leadership
- Lead QC Field Managers.
- Allocate daily and weekly tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
