Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Modular Furniture Installation, and Contractor Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing installation vendors, coordinating site execution, ensuring quality standards, and driving timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage installation vendors and contractors.
- Build and maintain a strong network of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and installers.
- Allocate projects based on vendor availability, location, and capability.
- Monitor vendor productivity, quality, and project timelines.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Verify vendor bills, work completion reports, and coordinate payment processing.
- Control installation costs and reduce rework.




- Maintain vendor agreements and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports on vendor performance, project status, quality, and pending payments.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Vendor Management within Interior Fit-Out, Modular Furniture, Furniture Manufacturing, or Construction Execution.
- Solid experience managing installation contractors and site vendors.
- Good knowledge of interior execution processes.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
