Role Summary:

As an Inside Sales & Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Sales team throughout the sales lifecycle. You will prepare impactful sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, manage customer follow-ups, coordinate proposal development, and ensure seamless execution of enterprise sales opportunities. Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help accelerate deal closures and deliver an exceptional buying experience for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do
✅ Sales Support

Work alongside Enterprise Sales leaders to prepare for customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations while ensuring smooth execution throughout the sales cycle.
✅ Product Demonstrations

Conduct professional product demonstrations that showcase the value of LogisticsNow's AI-powered logistics platform and address customer-specific business challenges.
✅ Proposal & Presentation Development





Create high-quality sales presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial documentation aligned with customer requirements.
✅ Customer Follow-Up

Own timely follow-ups after meetings, demonstrations, and proposal submissions to keep enterprise opportunities progressing through the sales pipeline.
✅ Account Research

Conduct research on prospective customers, industries, and stakeholders to help personalize sales conversations and improve customer engagement.
✅ CRM & Sales Operations

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, chance trackers, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data teams to develop tailored customer solutions and support successful deal execution.

What we are looking for:
