What you'll do

• Generate revenue from your assigned territory by executing the regional sales strategy on the ground.

• Build and manage a small team of Sales Executives; train them and review performance regularly.

• Develop recent client relationships and identify new channel partners in your area.

• Research client needs and position Tarapro's product range against them.

• Run product training sessions with distributors and end users.

• Track performance against targets and report through the MIS/CRM system.

• Feed market and competitor intelligence back to the Regional Sales Manager.





What we're looking for

• 4–6 years in sales, ideally in PPE, industrial safety, or related B2B/technical products.

• Proven record of hitting sales targets and managing key accounts.

• Some experience in managing or mentoring junior sales staff.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and regular MIS reporting.

Compensation

• Structured as fixed + incentive on territory revenue and new account wins.
