We're looking for a highly entrepreneurial
Founder's Office Associate
to work directly with the founder across strategy, product, brand and execution.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, turning ideas into action, and wearing multiple hats, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Support strategic planning, business modelling and financial analysis
- Conduct market research and consumer insight projects
- Coordinate website development, content strategy and creative agencies
- Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution
- Support product development and packaging initiatives
- Assist with investor presentations, partnerships and business development
- Work closely with the founder as a thought partner and execution lead
- Bring structure, follow-through and momentum to fast-moving priorities
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Thinks strategically and executes independently
- Has exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Loves solving unstructured problems
- Is curious about startups, consumer brands and behavioural science
- Thrives in quick-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, consumer brands or strategy
- MBA (or pursuing one) is a plus, but not essential
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
