- 4-5 years of experience in Python and Data Engineering, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
- Solid proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark) for ETL development and data automation.
- Excellent SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and stored procedures.
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation checks, and quality gate implementation.
- Hands-on experience supporting QA teams with automated test data preparation and Test Data Management tools (Genrocket, Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Healthcare data models such as claims, eligibility, enrollment, EHR/EMR, provider/payer data, and HIPAA-compliant datasets.
- Experience working with EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271), API-based data integration, and microservices architecture (Java/Python).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD practices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ability to work independently with strong analytical and communication skills.
