Salary: Rs 4.2 lakhs per annum (in hand)

Location: Wakad-Hinjewadi

Shift time: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role & responsibilities
- Lead team of counsellors.
- Manage and regularly update leads across CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to ensure accurate and organized data tracking.
- Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, and communication to prevent any lead leakage and maintain consistent engagement.
- WhatsApp marketing and Email Marketing
- Proactively connect with prospective leads through calls, messages, and emails to drive higher conversion rates.
- Plan and execute follow-up strategies to increase enrolment through timely, personalized communication.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and counselling teams to streamline lead flow and optimize conversion performance.

Preferred candidate profile
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales
- Work experience preferred.
