We are building a strong nationwide distribution network and are looking for passionate sales professionals to help us expand our presence across India.

Territory

You will be responsible for developing business across:

* Delhi NCR

* Haryana

* Punjab

Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Development

* Appoint current distributors and dealers across assigned territories.

* Build a strong retail distribution network for EverHOME products.

* Identify high-potential markets and business opportunities.

* Conduct regular market visits to generate new business.

Sales & Business Development

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Generate primary sales through distributors.





* Expand retailer coverage within assigned territories.

* Drive secondary sales by supporting distributor networks.

* Introduce new product launches to channel partners.

Relationship Management

* Build long-term relationships with distributors and key retailers.

* Resolve channel partner concerns promptly.

* Conduct product presentations and business meetings.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

* Monitor competitor activities and pricing.

* Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team.

* Recommend opportunities for product and market expansion.

Reporting

* Submit daily sales activity reports.

* Share weekly pipeline updates.

* Prepare monthly sales and territory performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

* 4–8 years of B2B sales experience.

* Experience in Home Furnishing, Home Décor, Textile, Consumer Goods, Building Materials, Furniture, or FMCG.
