Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be capable of extracting raw data, transforming it into meaningful insights, and creating impactful dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
- Extract raw data and convert it into meaningful business insights and actionable reports.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze trends, identify patterns, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Create automated reports and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.




- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and business intelligence requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Lookups, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Excellent hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and report automation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting techniques.
- Ability to extract, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail with excellent numerical aptitude.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
