1. POSITION OVERVIEW
Scientific Mes-Technik Pvt. Ltd. (SMT) invites applications from ITI (Electrician Trade) freshers for a structured internship in the Electronics Production Department. The intern will receive hands-on exposure to electronic assembly, wiring, testing, and quality practices in a dynamic manufacturing workplace. AreaKey ResponsibilityAssembly SupportAssist in assembly of electronic sub-assemblies, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and panels as per drawings and work instructions.Wiring & ConnectionsCarry out wiring, crimping, soldering, and termination of cables and connectors under supervision.Component IdentificationIdentify basic electronic and electrical components (resistors, capacitors, relays, contactors, MCBs, fuses, terminals, etc.).Machine & Equipment SupportSupport operation and upkeep of production tools (soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters, LCR meters, power supplies).Testing AssistanceAssist in basic functional testing of assembled units continuity checks, insulation resistance, voltage/current verification.DocumentationMaintain production records, inspection sheets, job cards, and material issue slips as directed.Housekeeping & 5SFollow 5S practices at workstation; ensure tools and materials are properly stored and labelled.Safety ComplianceAdhere to all ESD
