Electrical.

Position - Revit Modeler - Electrical (MEP)

Location - Remote

No of positions - 2

Experience - 4+ years

Knowledge: -

Candidate should have an
expertise
in
- Latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam/PDF editor,
- 2D Drawings with appropriate parameters
- Collaboration using BIM 360 / ACC
- Revit - creating parametric families
- Revit - shared parameters / filters / View setup
- Basic MS office knowledge

Skills: -
- Develop BIM models for Electrical services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
- Preparation of Electrical BIM Models with various level of detailing.
- Robust knowledge in electrical design and detailed drawings
- Preparing all kind of Electrical 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit model
- Clash Detection and co-ordination
- Create shop drawing (IFC,



As Built and to use on site with all respective information) of Electrical Services up to LOD 500.
- Prepare As Built drawings & Package submission for final approval.

Ability: -
- Ability to create Revit work sets and understanding of Revit work sharing process
- Ability to understand of mark ups and accordingly update Revit model and drawings,
- Understanding of installation and construction process for electrical elements/items, e.g. cable trays, lighting installation, Inground services, Busduct, HV to LV system, supports/hangers etc,
- Fluency in the 2D and 3D visualization,
- Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades.
- Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines,
- Ability to work with team members,
- Able to communicate in English with clients,
