WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in various operational and project-related tasks, with a strong focus on improving workflows and interfaces using Lovable AI. Experience with AI technologies and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance efficiency and effectiveness are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.
- Help manage and maintain project boards, including creating, updating, and moving tickets as needed.
- Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.




- Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.
- Assist in developing project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up communications.
- Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field but no required.
- Experience with Lovable AI is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Jira.
- 2+ years’ Jira administration experience.
- Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
- Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
- Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
