Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant specialization (Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, High Voltage Engineering, etc.).
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Preferred/Required as per AICTE/UGC norms).
- Must meet AICTE/UGC eligibility criteria.

Experience
- 0–5 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
- Fresh M.Tech/Ph.D. graduates with excellent academic credentials may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech) courses in Electrical Engineering.
- Prepare course plans, lecture notes, laboratory manuals, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, seminars, and practical demonstrations.




- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
- Guide B.Tech projects, M.Tech dissertations, internships, and research work.
- Mentor students in academic, technical, innovation, and career development activities.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Apply for sponsored research projects, consultancy assignments, and cooperative research with industry.
- Develop and revise curriculum in line with AICTE, NBA, and industry requirements.
- Participate in departmental administration, examination duties, admissions, and academic committees.
- Organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, seminars, conferences, and technical events.
- Support accreditation activities (NBA, NAAC, AICTE) and maintain departmental documentation.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, patents, and industry collaboration.
