Role Overview

The Manager, Atlassian Products is a player-manager responsible for leading HealthEdge's Atlassian platform team while remaining technically engaged in the work. You will manage a globally distributed team of Atlassian Administrators – supporting thousands of users across engineering, IT, product, and business functions.



Reporting to the Director, Business Technology, you are accountable for platform health, governance, stakeholder relationships, and team development.

This is a growth workplace. The Atlassian team today spans approximately 14 people and is expected to grow toward 24 as HealthEdge's platform needs expand. You'll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing talent for a 6-8 person group while ensuring the platform continues to meet the demands of a complex, fast-moving organization.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, and develop a globally distributed team of Atlassian Administrators in India
- Drive hiring for open roles on the Atlassian Products team, partnering with HR and the Director, Business Technology to scale the team toward its target size
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for all direct rep
