Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for news stories, social media, YouTube, websites, promotional campaigns, and live broadcasts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching graphics for news stories, breaking news alerts, and special reports.
- Create social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter),



LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, channel artwork, and promotional graphics.
- Develop infographics, data visualizations, charts, and presentation graphics.
- Design lower thirds, title cards, overlays, and branding elements for video content.
- Create promotional materials including posters, banners, brochures, event creatives, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with the V-News brand identity and editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate with News Anchors, Reporters, Video Editors, Producers, and the Marketing Team to develop engaging visual content.
- Edit and optimize images for digital publishing and website use.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, fonts, icons, and branding materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and digital media best practices.
