Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Microservices.
- Write optimized T-SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server.
- Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve team productivity.
- Ensure quality and performance of applications through testing, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Participate in Agile development practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+years of qualified software development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Framework / .NET Core




- ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC, Web API)
- WinForms (Desktop Application Development)
- C# and React OR Angular
- MSSQL (Advanced querying, optimization, stored procedures)
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex systems from scratch.
- Experience mentoring and coaching software engineers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.

Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Experience with React/Node has weightage.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
