About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Email Deliverability Manager
to lead a team of 10+ deliverability professionals and oversee complex client and internal email programmes.

This is a hands-on managerial role requiring deep technical knowledge of email deliverability, strong people-management capability, client-facing experience, and the ability to maintain high standards across strategy, execution, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ email deliverability professionals.
- Allocate work, manage team bandwidth, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Define and monitor team KPIs, SOPs, quality standards, and reporting processes.
- Review deliverability audits, strategies, technical investigations, and recommendations prepared by the team.
- Manage complex deliverability issues across Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, and other mailbox providers.




- Oversee inbox placement, sender reputation, complaints, bounces, throttling, deferrals, blocks, and ISP-specific issues.
- Guide IP and domain warm-up, segmentation, traffic distribution, reputation recovery, and remediation strategies.
- Review and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR, rDNS, TLS, ARC, feedback loops, and related configurations.
- Work with MTAs, SMTP infrastructure, IP pools, sending domains, and high-volume sending environments.
- Analyse SMTP responses, bounce logs, complaint data, reputation signals, and delivery trends.
- Support ecommerce, affiliate, lead-generation, and performance-marketing email programmes.
- Work directly with clients, explain findings, present recommendations, and manage expectations.
