This role offers the opportunity to build and scale our offline retail business across India.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and aggressive General Trade Sales Manager to expand Carbamide Forte’s presence across pharmacies, wellness stores, and retail outlets through a solid distributor network.

This role will focus on distribution expansion, field sales execution, and retail coverage to build a strong offline market presence for our nutraceutical supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & Territory Expansion

● Drive primary and secondary sales growth across GT channels.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

● Identify and expand into new cities, towns, and territories.

2. Distributor & Channel Management:

● Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and wholesalers.

● Strengthen the distribution network to improve market coverage.





● Monitor distributor performance, working capital, and ROI.

3. Retail Expansion & Coverage:

● Increase numeric and weighted distribution across retail outlets.

● Ensure product availability across pharmacies, wellness stores, and supplement retailers.

● Improve retail penetration and outlet coverage.

4. Sales Operations & Execution:

● Implement beat planning and route-to-market strategies.

● Track sales KPIs such as:
- Sales per distributor
- Sales per salesperson
- Strike rate
- Lines per bill
- Average bill value
- Market coverage ratio

5. Field Force Management:

● Lead and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.

● Conduct regular market visits and field audits.

● Drive productivity and performance improvements.

6. Trade Marketing & Retail Visibility:

● Implement trade schemes, retailer incentives, and promotions.
