As we continue to grow, our website has become one of our most important business assets. We're looking for a Website Performance Manager to own the technical operation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Evotix.com.

About the Role

The Website Performance Manager is responsible for the overall health, performance, and effectiveness of Evotix.com.

This role combines technical website ownership with growth-focused optimization. You will serve as the primary owner of our WordPress and Elementor setting while driving initiatives that improve user experience, conversion rates, website performance, and website contribution to pipeline generation.

You will work closely with demand generation,



digital marketing, product marketing, content, and design teams to ensure our website continuously evolves to meet business goals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both technical execution and strategic problem-solving. One day you may be troubleshooting a plugin issue, the next analyzing conversion data in GA4, and the next building an experimentation roadmap to improve website performance.

You will also play a key role in shaping how Evotix adapts to the future of search ensuring our website is positioned for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences.

Website Ownership & Technical Operations
- Serve as the primary owner of Evotix.com and related web properties
