Role Description
This full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer – Production role is based in Jamshedpur and focuses on supporting and optimizing daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring machines and equipment run safely and efficiently. The role involves contributing to process improvement, coordinating with maintenance and production teams,



and assisting in planning and implementing machine design or modification projects as needed. The Mechanical Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, adhere to safety and quality standards, and support R&D-related; initiatives for new or improved production methods.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge relevant to production and manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for equipment layout, modifications, and improvements.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track production-related projects and process changes.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) skills to support new process initiatives, productivity enhancements, and technical problem-solving.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
