Role Description
The Machine Shop Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhosari Pune ,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day machining operations and ensuring efficient, safe, and quality-driven production. This role includes planning and scheduling jobs, allocating resources, supervising machinists and operators, and monitoring machine utilization to meet production targets and delivery timelines. The Machine Shop Manager will implement and maintain quality standards, coordinate inspection activities, and drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and workflow. The role also involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams, resolving technical issues on the shop floor, and maintaining compliance with safety and housekeeping practices. The manager will prepare production reports, track key performance metrics, and support training and development of machine shop personnel.
