Junior Community Moderator - BodyPower Metabolic Health Community (Discourse)

Overview

We are recruiting a team of Junior Community Moderators based in India to help manage the BodyPower Metabolic Health Community. This is a fully remote position and an excellent opportunity for intelligent, motivated individuals looking to gain experience within the health, fitness and digital community sectors.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure our online community remains skilled, welcoming, safe and aligned with our community standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are:
- Intelligent, mature and dependable.
- Highly observant with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to think independently and make sensible decisions.
- Professional and polite when communicating with members.
- Comfortable enforcing rules fairly and consistently.
- Quick to recognise potential issues and act promptly.
- Confident using online platforms and technology.

Previous moderation experience is not essential.

- Candidates with an interest in fitness, health or community management

A basic understanding of the fitness industry is desirable. Full training in metabolic health, community guidelines and moderation procedures will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Monitor community discussions throughout assigned shifts.
- Respond quickly to inappropriate content or behaviour.
- Apply community rules consistently.
- Escalate medical, safeguarding or high-risk issues immediately.
