Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role based in Gurugram. The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for facility management and security personnel, ensuring that team members meet organizational standards and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating and updating training materials, and assessing performance through tests, observations, and feedback.



The role involves collaborating with operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps, schedule training sessions, and track training completion records. The Trainer also supports continuous improvement by reviewing training outcomes, recommending enhancements, and helping maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, and service quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in training or instruction, preferably in facility management, security services, or related service industries.
- Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to train diverse groups and skill levels.
- Ability to design structured training content, develop manuals and SOPs, and use basic digital tools for documentation and presentations.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to plan training schedules, maintain records, and meet operational timelines.
