During the Articleship period, the firm will:
- Provide structured exposure to process of books closure, MIS, analysis, taxation, and advisory assignments.
- Build strong technical foundations in accounting, financial reporting, and compliances.
- Train you in analytical thinking through MIS preparation and financial analysis.
- Develop your understanding of tax laws, audit documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Provide hands-on client interaction experience under guided supervision.
- Train you in disciplined deliverables, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop presentation and Summarisation skills
- Instil qualified discipline, ethical conduct, and integrity aligned with ICAI standards

A. Accounting, Book Closure & MIS Support
- Assistance in day-to-day accounting and ledger scrutiny
- Supporting monthly / quarterly book closure activities
- Review of revenue, expenses, provisions, accruals, and prepaid entries
- Bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
- Assisting in preparation of schedules for:
- Profit & Loss
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
- Supporting preparation of MIS reports and variance analysis
- Identifying discrepancies and assisting in rectification entries
- Ensuring proper maintenance of working papers and accounting documentation

B. Financial and Legal review Assignments
- Review of compliance records and audit files
- Analysis of financial data and make observations
- Attention to red flags and appropriate summarisation
- Review compliances under Direct and Indirect taxation
- Review compliances under Companies Act
- Review and analyse impac
