Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate travel bookings, itineraries, and tickets using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems.
- Provide expert advice on international travel options to clients and resolve any issues that may arise during their trips.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of client's travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to clients on the status of their bookings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in corporate travel management or related field.
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for international ticketing and reservations.
- Solid knowledge of IATA regulations and industry standards for travel advisory services.
