We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our Tele Calling team. The candidate will communicate with patients over the phone, provide information about healthcare services, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain hospital services, treatments, health packages, and doctor availability.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations, and treatments.
- Answer patient queries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and call logs in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling targets while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Positive interpersonal and patient counseling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
