Role Description
The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position coordinates daily schedules, assigns tasks and routes to field personnel, and ensures timely deployment of resources across Glen Group’s service lines. Responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing service requests, maintaining accurate records of assignments,



monitoring progress and resolving delays, and communicating updates to staff and clients. The Dispatcher also collaborates with supervisors to optimize staffing, supports emergency or urgent dispatch needs, and uses dispatch software and communication tools to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires consistent attention to detail, clear communication, and effective handling of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with field teams, supervisors, and clients.
- Comfort with dispatch or scheduling software, basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office), and phone/radio communication tools.
