This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore. Most outreach activities will be conducted remotely through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Occasionally, you may be required to attend customer meetings, networking events, exhibitions, industry conferences, or other business-related activities in and around Bangalore.

About the Role

Joyful Designs is looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Outreach Executive to help grow Reputify, our SaaS platform that helps local businesses manage customer reviews and online reputation.

In this role, you'll connect with business owners, generate qualified leads, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain accurate records of your outreach. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities




- Learn the Reputify platform and sales process through onboarding.
- Identify and qualify potential customers using provided lead lists and online research.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls and digital communication channels.
- Explain Reputify's value proposition and qualify customer interest.
- Schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM or shared tracker.
- Share regular activity updates and customer feedback.
- Handle common objections professionally and escalate complex queries when required.

RequirementsRequired
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are an advantage).
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone/
