Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and customer meetings.
- Understand customer business requirements, meeting room environments, collaboration needs, and operational challenges.
- Assist in designing customized Audio Video solutions based on customer requirements, room size, usage scenarios, and budget.
- Recommend appropriate products and integrated solutions including displays,



video conferencing systems, professional audio, digital signage, wireless presentation systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Work closely with the Presales, Engineering, and technical teams to prepare solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical proposals.
- Support customer presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution walkthroughs.
- Prepare techno commercial proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
- Maintain sales opportunities, customer interactions, and project updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on emerging Audio Video technologies, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
