Role Description
The Sourcing Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Sourcing Analyst will support procurement and sourcing activities by gathering and analyzing supplier data, market trends, and pricing information to inform purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, preparing comparison reports, assisting with negotiations, and maintaining accurate sourcing documentation and databases. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements,



ensure timely supply of materials or services, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The Sourcing Analyst will also help implement sourcing policies and ensure compliance with company standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for sourcing decisions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and procurement or ERP tools, along with valuable computer literacy and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
