? Qualification: Minimum
Graduate MBA

? Experience
- 7–10 years
of relevant experience in Transportation, Fleet Management, School Transport Operations, or Automobile Operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end school transportation operations across multiple schools.
- Oversee fleet operations, vehicle deployment, utilization, and route optimization.
- Ensure compliance with
RTO regulations
, school transport safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Handle transport staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Conduct transport inspections, audits, and need-based visits to school locations.
- Manage transport vendors, agreements, contracts, and service quality.
- Monitor fleet maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and vehicle documentation.




- Prepare and manage transport budgets, billing, MIS reports, and P&L.;
- Coordinate with school administration to ensure safe, secure, and hassle-free transportation for students.
- Monitor school bus fee collection processes and transport-related customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, operational efficiency, and compliance through technology-enabled systems.

? Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of
School Bus Rules
, RTO regulations, and transport compliance.
- Expertise in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and technology-driven transport management systems.
