Job Description:
Job Purpose

To execute, monitor, and coordinate electrical activities related to greenfield/brownfield cement plant projects, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, quality standards, and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical project activities for installation and commissioning of cement plant equipment.
- Supervise erection, testing, and commissioning of:
- HT/LT Switchgear
- Transformers
- Motors and MCCs
- VFDs and Soft Starters
- Power Distribution Systems
- DG Sets
- Lighting Systems
- Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil,



instrumentation, and contractor teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
- Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Support energy-productive electrical system design and implementation.
- Participate in trial runs, plant start-up, and performance testing.
