Key Responsibilities-
- Connect with potential leads (working professionals and students).
- Counsel candidates about Prime Pathway’s programs and services.
- Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries and concerns.
- Convert leads into enrollments by ensuring proper guidance and follow-through.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets.
- Maintain lead data, interactions, and updates in the CRM.

Required Skills & Quifications-
- Proven experience in
sales, counseling, or inside sales
roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work on targets and deliver consistent results.
- Prior experience in the
education, study abroad sector
is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
