· Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the SABRE2 system by performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates and patches. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying potential problems, and taking proactive measures to prevent disruptions.

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new users of the SABRE2 system. This involves creating and updating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that current users are comfortable and proficient with the system.
