The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing day-to-day human resources generalist consultation to our Global Business Solutions managers and employees located in Pune. Key areas of responsibility includes - Employee relations, Grievance management, HR projects rolled at site level, collaborate and work with the COEs, Workday management for their orgs, support HR head on all HR activities and projects for the site, Performance management, L&D.;

What you will do:
- Partnering with the stakeholders (Managers and employees) on HR related areas by proactively assessing the people related requirements and identifying and implementing appropriate action.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure related issues.
- Supports the annual salary and bonus planning process and provides input into the development of the annual Talent Plan.
- Provides employee and manager training including Performance,



Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment.
- Participates and/collaborates on employee committee meetings and supports initiatives.
- Provides HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
- Support in companywide HR projects.
- Partners with HR COEs

What you will need:
- MBA in HR
- 13 to 14 years of human resource experience, with an emphasis in HR Generalist/HRBP experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service focused
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Demonstrated desire and ability to coach, develop and train managers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
