Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with CCTV experience to provide technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, networking devices, and CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting CCTV installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesktop & IT Support
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform OS installation, software installation, system configuration, and basic maintenance.
- Provide user support for LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and basic network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners,



and other IT peripherals.
- Maintain IT assets and update service/support records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.

CCTV Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Perform basic installation and configuration of IP and analog CCTV cameras.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, cables, power supplies, and connectivity issues.
- Configure basic IP addresses and network connectivity for IP cameras.
- Perform CCTV system testing and ensure cameras are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot CCTV live-view, recording, playback, and remote-viewing issues.
- Assist with CCTV preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for major CCTV-related issues.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Windows Desktop and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral
