About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to manage leads, drive conversions,

and ensure exceptional customer experience from first contact through to class

commencement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales

● Manage and qualify leads from multiple channels

● Conduct product presentations, trials, and demos

● Articulate company differentiators and close deals

● Ensure timely payment collection and meet revenue targets

Customer Experience & Coordination

● Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey





● Ensure seamless handover to Operations Team for class commencement

● Act as liaison between customers and internal teams

Referral & Growth

● Drive referral programs and leverage existing customer relationships

● Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization

Requirements

Experience & Education

● 3-5 years in inside sales (EdTech/SaaS/services preferred)

● Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

● Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Skills

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

● Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

● Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

● Customer-first mindset with high emotional intelligence

Key Metrics

Revenue targets, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, referral generation, sales cycle

duration
