Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and technically skilled Production Incharge to join our manufacturing team at G R Industrial Engineering Products Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day production activities while ensuring timely execution of in-house and outsourced manufacturing operations. The role also involves production documentation, AutoCAD 2D drawing preparation, subcontractor coordination, production follow-up, and dispatch planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

2. Prepare, modify, and maintain 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD,



ensuring all drawings are reviewed and approved before releasing them for machining and production.

3. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding material issues, production progress, quality concerns, and delivery schedules.

4. Monitor and follow up on both in-house production and outsourced manufacturing activities to ensure timely completion.

5. Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR).

6. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure products are delivered on schedule.

7. Prepare and maintain production sheets, job cards, and work orders for all manufacturing jobs.

8. Record and maintain incoming material details and update production tracking sheets.

9. Maintain records of materials issued to subcontractors, material returns, and pending jobs.

10. Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Design, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.
