Job Description:
- We're hiring an Assistant Manager- Solution Design to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation. You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand their warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions that Zippee can deliver.

- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Responsibilities:
- Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement across operations.
- Robust knowledge of quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, and TQM.
- Identified process gaps, conducted root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions.
- Developed and monitored KPIs, SOPs, process maps, and improvement frameworks.
- Analyzed and optimized supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes.
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
