Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Regional Project Manager Merger Integration
to support a large-scale business transformation and integration program across the
APAC region
. This is a
business process project management role
focused on
post-merger integration
, not an SAP or IT Project Manager role.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the
integration of acquired entities into an organization
, driving business process alignment, governance, stakeholder coordination, and change management across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional execution plans aligned with global integration milestones.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful execution.




- Provide governance reporting and proactively manage risks and escalations.
- Drive stakeholder accountability through structured follow-ups and action tracking.
- Support regional change management activities, including communications, training coordination, and readiness tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation or integration programs.
- Proven experience in post-merger integration or integrating acquired entities into an organization.
- Solid experience in business process integration, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience managing RAID, project plans, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
