Role Description
The Technical Sales Representative is a contract,
remote role responsible for promoting GRASS’s painting and sustainable home improvement solutions to homeowners and skilled partners. This role involves engaging prospective customers via phone, video calls, and digital channels, explaining technical aspects of painting, coatings, and green certification services in clear, accessible terms. The Technical Sales Representative will qualify leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with operations and sustainability teams to tailor solutions, providing pre- and post-sales support, and gathering customer feedback to improve offerings. The role also includes occasional virtual product demonstrations, participation in online training, and contribution to sales campaigns aligned with GRASS’s sustainability-focused mission.
