Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Onboarding

Role Overview
As the Sr. Product Onboarding Manager at Office Beacon, you will be the primary architect of the transition from development to live production. Reporting to the Tech Integrator, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live client implementations. You are not just a manager; you are the bridge that ensures our product vision becomes a reality for our users.

Key Responsibilities (LMA: Lead, Manage, Accountability)
UAT Ownership: Accountable for the final User Acceptance Testing phase, managing the Product UAT Manager to ensure all features meet quality standards before production.
Live Implementation: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from "Sold" to "Live".
Process Improvement:



Work closely with the Ops Process Improvements / AI lead to automate and streamline onboarding workflows.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with the Product Tech Lead to provide feedback on "Making the Product" based on real-world implementation hurdles.
Client Enablement: Ensure clients are fully trained and extract maximum value from the product during their first 90 days.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in Product Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Project Management, preferably in a SaaS or BPO workplace.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to act as the "Decision Maker" for onboarding hurdles.
