We are seeking a hands-on Oracle EBS and Fusion Techno-Functional to independently design, develop, and deliver complex ERP solutions. You will bridge the gap between legacy application like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (FSCM) and other to the latest cloud SaaS/PaaS applications.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle R12 (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including Purchasing (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Expense management.
- Explicit functional knowledge of matching concepts (2-way, 3-way, 4-way), accounting, accruals (GRNI/accrual process), and exception handling (invoice holds/release).
- Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle expense report processes, including understanding API constraints (e.g., partial rejection/return functionality).
- Awareness of key differences and limitations between Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12, particularly in Payables, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Workflow.
- Proven expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including architecture, monitoring, and error handling for large volumes of data.
