Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- Act as the primary coordination link between Technochem and the end customer for the full project lifecycle order handover to final handover.
- Coordinate internally with Supply Chain / Purchase to track long-lead items, follow up with vendors, and flag material shortages before they hit the schedule.
- Coordinate with the Production and Fabrication shop to align manufacturing progress against the project schedule and dispatch plan.
- Coordinate with the customer's site team on fabrication readiness, civil work, foundation, utility connections (power, compressed air, PNG/LPG, water) and site clearances.
- Maintain and update the project schedule, dispatch plan, and open-point list; circulate weekly progress reports to internal and customer stakeholders.

Required Candidate Profile
- 36 years of coordination experience in capital equipment,



plant erection, turnkey projects, or industrial fabrication.
- Working knowledge of surface finishing / powder coating / paint shop equipment, conveyors, ovens, pre-treatment plants or similar process plant equipment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read mechanical GA drawings, layouts and P&IDs.;
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, MS Project (or equivalent) and email-based reporting.
- Robust follow-up ability and clear written and spoken communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Willing to travel to customer sites across India as project requirements demand.
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and external parties simultaneously.
