Job Title: 3D Sculpting Artist – Character & Creature Development

We are looking for a talented 3D Sculpting Artist with strong expertise in digital sculpting, anatomy, character development, creature creation, and high-resolution detailing for games, animation, cinematics, collectibles, and real-time productions. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating highly detailed characters, creatures, costumes, accessories, and organic assets from concept art, references, or production briefs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality high-poly character and creature sculpts with strong anatomy, proportions, and form language.
- Sculpt detailed facial features, musculature, skin details, clothing folds, armor embellishments, and organic surfaces.
- Develop realistic or stylized human characters, fantasy creatures, animals, and digital doubles.
- Perform retopology preparation, mesh cleanup, UV readiness, and production handoff for downstream departments.
- Create high-resolution details suitable for baking, texturing, rendering, animation, or real-time pipelines.




- Collaborate with concept artists, modelers, texture artists, riggers, and animators to ensure artistic and technical consistency.
- Refine assets based on creative direction and production feedback while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of human and animal anatomy, proportions, form, silhouette, and sculpting fundamentals.
- Excellent knowledge of organic modeling workflows, high-poly sculpting, retopology principles, and production pipelines.
- Ability to create realistic or stylized characters with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of surface detailing, cloth folds, wrinkles, skin textures, and creature design.
- Good eye for aesthetics, design accuracy, and visual storytelling.

Software Requirements:
- ZBrush, Blender, Autodesk Maya
- Positive to have: Substance 3D Painter, Mari, Photoshop, Marmoset Toolbag, Unreal Engine, Unity
