About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of our EV Charging Station franchise network across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in franchise acquisition, business development, partner relationship management, and territory expansion.

Candidates with prior experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Solar, or related infrastructure development will be given robust preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across Karnataka.
- Generate qualified franchise leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business development activities.




- Conduct franchise presentations and explain the EV charging business model to prospective investors.
- Evaluate potential franchise partners and manage the complete onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Channel Partner Development.
- Previous experience in EV Charging Infrastructure Development will be a significant advantage.
