Role & responsibilities

Financial Analysis/Management and Decision Support
- Work closely with functional and business unit leaders in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain forecasting processes that accurately predict future performance and motivate actions to ensure achievement of agreed targets
- Develop and maintain functional and business unit reporting processes that accurately describe performance of key business and financial parameters
- Generate Rolling Forecast Estimates and annual financial budget
- Support operations related financial evaluations

Internal Control Systems
- Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls across all business operations
- Achieve satisfactory financial audit results by external and internal auditors
- Eliminate breaches of internal controls and ensure Ceva corporate compliance, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and India GAAP

Treasury and Working Capital:
- Support and manages business cash flows.




- Support all banking activities in line with corporate plan.
- Support leadership to drive significant working capital improvements.
- Monitor working capital performance and ensure that effective countermeasures are developed and implemented, as appropriate.

Financial Reporting:
- Accurately and timely preparation of financial information.
- Accurately and timely coordinate and ensure delivery of BU plans and forecasts.
- Minimize surprises through effective prevention and early communications.

Statutory Compliances:
- Responsible for handling Statutory, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Documentation and Audit.
- Assist on all direct and indirect tax related compliances Managerial Approach:
